On June 17 Minister of National Defence Raimundas Karoblis will attend a joint session of Foreign and Defence Ministers of the EU Foreign Affairs Council in Luxembourg.
Defence Ministers of the European Union member states will discuss implementation of the EU defence initiatives, progress achieved, and further decisions necessary for strengthening the ability of the EU countries to respond properly to emerging threats.
The event agenda also includes discussion on the NATO-EU cooperation and decision coordination.
