On May 12 through 13 Minister of National Defence of Poland Mariusz Blaszczak will be conducting a visit in Lithuania. Friday the guest will meet with Minister of National Defence Arvydas Anušauskas and other representatives of the Ministry of National Defence and the Lithuanian Armed Forces.
The Ministers, as a bilateral council, will discuss both countries’ progress on priority areas of cooperation and practical aspects of further cooperating. Ministers will also sign a joint statement in confirmation of mutual commitment to strengthen further Polish and Lithuania defence cooperation.
M. Blaszczak will be accompanied by Commander of the Cyberspace Defence Forces Brigadier General Karol Molenda and 1st Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces Lieutenant General Tadeusz Mikutel, as well as by Ambassador of Poland to Lithuania HE Urszula Doroszewska.
