On November 28 Minister of National Defence Raimundas Karoblis and Minister of Defence of Denmark Trine Bramsen will meet at the Lithuanian Air Force Base in Šiauliai. The Ministers will discuss defence cooperation and the agenda of the upcoming NATO Leaders meeting in London at the bilateral meeting.
Denmark’s Defence Minister T. Bramsen will visit the soldiers of her country who have been conducting the NATO Air Policing Mission in the Baltic states from Šiauliai Airbase alongside Belgian soldiers since September. This is the seventh time Denmark deployed its military personnel and four F-16 fighters to carry out the mission.
