Minister of National Defence Raimundas Karoblis and acting Chief of Defence of Lithuania, Chief of the Defence Staff Maj Gen Gintautas Zenkevičius will pay a visit to the Lithuanian Air Force Base in Šiauliai with President of the Republic of Lithuania HE Gitanas Nausėda.
Accompanied by Minister of National Defence and acting Chief of Defence, Head of State will meet with soldiers of the Spanish Air Force, British Royal Air Force and German Air Force (reinforcement) detachments conducting the current rotation of the NATO Ari Policing Mission in the Baltic states. Head of State will also have a briefing on the current situation of air defence capabilities.
