Minister of National Defence R. Kaunas visits Finland

Minister of National Defence Robertas Kaunas is on the first visit to Finland in the office to attend the Nordic-Baltic Eight (NB8) Defence Ministers’ meeting on November 12-13.

The Defence Ministerial will address the regional security situation, Russia’s “shadow fleet”, air defence, Eastern Sentry and assistance to Ukraine.

Nordic-Baltic Eight (NB8) is an informal cooperation format that includes Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, and Sweden.
