National Defence System medal bestowed on Chief of Defence of Luxembourg

KAM L.Kasčiūnas dalyvavo Liuksemburgo kariuomenės vado gen. Steve Thull apdovanojimo ceremonijoje.

On July 17 Minister of National Defence Laurynas Kasčiūnas presented the Republic of Lithuania National Defence System Medal of Merit to Chief of Defence of Luxembourg General Steve Thull.

The decoration was bestowed in recognition of the exceptional merits and weighty personal contribution of Chief of Defence of Luxembourg in developing the defensive partners and military international cooperation between Lithuania and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

General Steve Thull ensured a persistent Luxembourg Armed Forces contribution to the NATO enhanced Forward Presence Battalion Battle Group Lithuania.
