On November 10 NATO’s 2022 Cyber Defence Pledge Conference pulled together delegations from NATO Allies, Sweden and Finland in Rome.
Representatives from across the Alliance discussed cybersecurity threats and necessary preventive measure, ways of information sharing, cooperation with the private sector and latest technologies.
One of the most recent NATO initiatives concerns development of a joint virtual capability for cyber incident response, to which Lithuania contributes actively with its five years of experience as coordinator of the PESCO Cyber Rapid Response Teams (CRRT) project. Aside from the expertise in cyber capability development, Lithuania also shared experience in ensuring supply chain security and counter-ransomware measures at the conference.
