Ministry of National Defence to present planned infrastructure development projects in an ad hoc Central Project Management Agency event

As the Ministry of National Defence is strengthening capabilities of the Lithuanian Armed Forces, it is planned to implement Public-Private Partnership projects for building three new military bases with all necessary infrastructure in Šiauliai city and regions of Šilalė and Vilnius over the next several years.

 

Vice Minister of National Defence Giedrimas Jeglinskas and representatives of the Ministry of National Defence will present the strategic National Defence System project in a greater detail in an event organised for that purpose on October 30  by the Central Project Management Agency. Project managers will present to the interested investors the chosen investor selection procedure and its stages, minimal qualification requirements and criteria of preliminary selection, present the criteria of bid assessment, main technical requirements for project implementation, key partnership contract provisions, etc.
