At the moment the most prominent projects of trilateral defence cooperation are the mission of Baltic air-policing, joint BALTBAT Battalion developed since 2007 and meant for rotation in NATO RF-14 in 2010, the Baltic Defence College in Tartu (Estonia) offering NATO-standard based studies for Baltic and other officers.
